Our specialist winemaking team carefully selected classic, cool-climate grapes from Hawkes Bay and Waipara wine regions. The Hawkes Bay fruit brings ripe peach, stone fruit and mealy notes
to the wine, whilst Waipara adds citrus fruit and crisp acidity.
